walkwhilereading: The David Foster Wallace Audio Project Came across this website today and just melted. If you’re at all interested in the life of D.F.W I suggest you take a look. So. Cool. I’ve yet to get all the way through any of David Foster Wallace’s printed work (I’m trying!), but I did get to see & hear him read once. The organizers made the mistake of having him go first; he had the whole of Royce Hall rolling in the aisles and no one after him (Alice Sebold was 2nd) had a snowball’s chance to avoid the deathly quiet of an unimpressed audience. Got my fingers crossed the 2 stories he read might appear in the audio project. (:
