The starting point: pasta with tomato-blue cheese sauce.
My version: linguine; added Anaheim chili pepper (my favorite); bell pepper; cheddar instead of blue cheese (gag); and no cream or half-and-half.
Results: I made way too much pasta; I’ll probably use petite tomatoes next time, the whole ones were good, but y’know, a lot; and I bet that’d be pretty good with chicken!
